Spot Free Air Services

We met with about five different contractors, all local. Ultimately, we chose Spot Free HVAC Air for a few key reasons. The crew who provided the estimate was the exact same crew that worked on our project. This meant there was no miscommunication or unexpected surprises, which we really appreciated. The owner even reached out to us directly during the quoting process and continued to check in throughout the project to ensure everything was going smoothly. We found their entire process to be transparent and easy to work with, and the project was completed right on time. It's been a year now, and we truly couldn't be happier with the outcome. We opted for a hybrid heat pump system…

Super happy with our service from the Spot Free team. Brook and Anson were super knowledgable in assessing our needs and making a recommendation for upgrading our HVAC system. They weren't overly sales-y like some other companies, which we appreciated. We also had a great experience with Brandon and Sergio, who performed the installation. During a safety check following the installation, they actually discovered a previously undetected gas leak (separate from the HVAC system) that we were able to get fixed following the service -- something we hugely appreciated for peace of mind. The final price of the service was very reasonable, and the Spot Free team has gone above and beyond to ens…

The air conditioning in our rental has consistently malfunctioned, often working sporadically or not at all. Brook came over, conducted several tests and quickly developed a theory about the issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problem to us and our landlord and outlined our options moving forward. I wish we had discovered these guys sooner!

Friendly, professional, fast turn around, and above all trustworthy. Anson came to our place the day after we reached out that our heating was not working as expected. Upon a quick inspection, he realized a duct came lose and came later this week to fix it. This was a fairly difficult operation as there was very very limited crawl space in the addict. But Anson pulled it off and now or house has heat again! The repair was 10 times cheaper than the two other quotes we got. This is a business you can trust to do right thing and not squeeze you for money.

Anson and team helped me install a central heat pump system for my house. They were incredibly patient and honest as we talked through the different options, and when it came time to actually do the work, the team was incredibly professional both in the quality of work and the care that they had while they were in my home. They took the time to explain each step of their work to me, so that I understood what was going on and how things worked. Great company and team, I definitely recommend!
