The team provided me with polite and timely oil change service. They asked me what type of oil desired and if anything I wished to have checked. They looked at fluids, washed windows, and noted items were in good order. The waiting room is spotless and comfortable too.

As far as I can tell they led about services (on their Service Checklist) being performed. According to the list my floors were vacuumed (they were not), my exterior windows were washed (they were not) and my windshield washer level was checked and fluid added (it wasn't). It makes me wonder if any of the other checklist items (some important to the operation of my car) were even checked.
