Big O Tires

I’ve asked multiple times for an accurate update on when my car will be ready, and I keep being told “1 hour” without any clear follow-through. This is causing major issues for me as I have work obligations and need to plan accordingly. Please provide me with a realistic and honest estimate for when car will be finished. I would appreciate transparency so CUSTOMERS can make alternative arrangements if needed.

I like to say this place made me feel ripped off. I went in for two new tires. A wheel alignment. It too 4 hours for the two tires. And after the 3rd hr he said he would do the alignment came back 40 min later and said sorry everyone went to lunch. No alignment today. Then I said how were the tires were they bad, he says no they were good but u said change them so I did. So the total will be 400.00

My father told me ,” never let to many people work on your cars,” when find a good one, honest and fair, stick with them. Well, this franchise store has worked all my various cars since 2014-ish. As a small business owner, and on the highways , I have learned a lot about skilled mechanical sounds that fail. The community has a great reputation with this store in San Leandro, California. The center focuses are Road Safety. Its employees are very knowledgeable. I am not that female who does not know about car troubles-I know Big O Tires. Thank you, Mario and Jesus for keeping my company safe.

Went in for an alignment and to check my tpms sensors. Alignment was performed and I was shown before and after readings. Tpms showed good battery life left. The employees could have easily told me that the sensors were bad and needed to be replaced based on the issue I was having but instead they decided to be decent human beings with good morals and tell me the truth that there was nothing wrong with the sensors as far as they could tell. I will be going back for other services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

People are nice and they did the job better than Tesla can. Amazing and 100% recommended. They charged so much cheaper than Tesla and did a good job on it. When Tesla repair gave up on my tires, Big o Tires fixed it.
